Creative Accounting 101

Fascinating article here from theJay.com about how the summer box office bomb Evan Almighty just managed to cross the 100 million dollar domestic mark with some creative numbers, and why that would be important to the players. It's also an interesting look at the behind the scenes money deals in Hollywood. A movie made strictly for money and no other reason that bombed and then spent money to make money to wind up spending more money. Just weird.
